Local Chambers Team Up to Highlight Opportunities for Students with Disabilities, April 16
Burbank, IL (March 11, 2025) - The Oak Lawn Chamber of Commerce, the Burbank Chamber of Commerce, and the Evergreen Park Chamber of Commerce today announced they are co-hosting a Lunch & Learn event with A.E.R.O. Special Education Cooperative on April 16, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will take place at A.E.R.O.’s Burbank office, located at 5400 W. 77th Street, Burbank, IL 60459.
This Lunch & Learn will provide insight into A.E.R.O.’s mission of fostering independence, confidence, and work-based learning opportunities for students with disabilities. By partnering with community organizations and local businesses, A.E.R.O. ensures that students in the Connect and Bridge programs gain the skills and experience necessary to become active, self-sufficient members of the community.
Lunch is being generously sponsored by Firehouse Subs in Oak Lawn, Chuck’s Southern Comforts Cafe in Burbank, and Culver’s in Evergreen Park.
Local business leaders, educators, and community members are encouraged to attend this engaging session to learn how they can support A.E.R.O.’s efforts and help create meaningful opportunities for students with disabilities.
Space is limited, and advance registration is required. There is no cost to attend. Attendees can register through any of the co-hosting Chambers of Commerce:
