Job Duties:
- Attend and participate in all scheduled team meetings and group supervisions.
- Attend and participate in scheduled weekly supervision with your assigned supervisor.
- Have available treatment plans and diagnosis for supervision.
- Participate in six community outreach opportunities to attract business and resources to Genesis and market yourself.
- Community Outreach efforts must be completed by the end of the fiscal year (i.e., June 30, 2025).
- Keep track of community outreach efforts to be discussed at annual and semi-annual performance reviews.
- Create a marketing plan to grow your business by networking with team members maintaining community connections and creating a profile on either Psychology Today or Good Therapy.org.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25-28 clients per week.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients utilizing various therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for the client.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of the group practice.
- Bill for completed sessions monthly via Office Ally to insurance companies.
- Complete the monthly ledger by the end of each month.
- Must complete all required training (i.e., HIPPA, Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment, etc).
- Respond to all emails by colleagues or ED within 24 hours.
- Contact potential clients within 24 hours.
- Complete the required hours (within 3 years) to obtain LCPC/LCSW.
Experience:
- Must hold an LPC or LSW licensure.
- Must hold current Malpractice Insurance w/ Genesis as an additionally insured
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, professionals, colleagues, and families
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Schedule:
- Must be available to work a minimum of three evenings per week. Alternatively, you may work two evenings until 9 pm and on Saturdays.
- Must be present in the office for 35 hours per week, including marketing tasks.
Work Setting:
- In-person
- Telehealth sessions must be held at the GTC office.
- No remote days unless approved by the supervisor and Executive Director.
