Chamber Olympics

The Evergreen Park Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that the Chamber Olympics is returning to Evergreen Park on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Park Community High School Sports Complex to showcase this gem of a facility in the heart of our community, while also highlighting the many fitness, health, and wellness related organizations in the Village -- and to get the community moving!!

The event is free and open to the public. All age groups are welcome to attend. There will be open-play games like kickball, basketball, volleyball, and tennis, as well as opportunities to learn about fitness and wellness from Evergreen Park Chamber members. A full schedule of activities will be published prior to the event. 

Individuals who turn in their "score card" with all the stations punched will be entered into a raffle giveaway at the end of the event. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase. 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

Presenting Sponsor - $150 + Donated Raffle Items
Organizations who wish to be a Presenting Sponsor of the Chamber Olympics will receive logo placement on all marketing materials leading up to the event, plus priority table placement in the EPCHS Sports Complex. Sponsorship includes a table and up to four vendor passes. Deadline to register is April 30, 2024. 

Vendor Table - $25 + Donated Raffle Items
Organizations who wish to participate in the Chamber Olympics will be given a table and two vendor passes, and will be listed on all marketing materials leading up to the event. Deadline to register is May 15, 2024.
