Join the Evergreen Park Chamber of Commerce for a fun and relaxed day on the course at Fountain Hills Golf Club. Connect with fellow business owners, professionals, community leaders, and Chamber members while enjoying golf, networking, food, and drinks.

Not a golfer? No problem. BBQ-only tickets are available, making this a great opportunity to network, meet new contacts, and support the local business community.

The event includes a 9-hole golf outing, golf cart, BBQ dinner, awards, networking, raffles, and sponsorship opportunities for businesses looking to increase their visibility and support the Chamber.

Individual golfers, twosomes, and foursomes are welcome. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Information

Advance registration is required for all golfers, BBQ guests, and sponsors.

Golf Registration ($90 per person) includes:

  • 9 holes of golf
  • Golf cart
  • BBQ dinner
  • Awards program
  • Networking opportunities

BBQ-Only Registration ($30 per person) includes:

  • BBQ dinner
  • Awards program
  • Networking opportunities

Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Major Sponsor— $1,200
    • Premium exposure before, during, and after the event. Includes a foursome, recognition in event materials, prominent logo placement, event signage, and branded golf balls.
  • BBQ Sponsor— $300
    • Support the post-golf BBQ and receive recognition at the dinner and in event promotions.
  • 19th Hole Sponsor — $400
    • Sponsor the networking reception following the outing and receive event recognition.
  • Prize Sponsor — $500
    • Help fund event prizes and receive recognition during awards and event promotions.
  • Putting Green Sponsor— $150
    • Sponsor the putting green competition and receive signage recognition.
  • Hole Sponsor— $125
    • Display your business name at a designated hole on the course.

Businesses interested in sponsoring the event may select a sponsorship opportunity during registration or contact the Chamber for additional information.

Please provide the names of all attendees when registering. Foursomes are welcome, but individual golfers are encouraged to register as well and will be paired with other participants as needed.
